The latest entry in the official Global Updates list checked on October 20, 2026 is October 13 (PDT) / October 14 (CEST). It covers temporary shop changes, Spiritmaster and Sorcerer fixes, Halloween, Abyss access and several graphics or control fixes. The previous verified entry is October 6 (PDT) / October 7 (CEST). This page indexes those published changes; it is a dated summary rather than an automatically updated server feed.
Use the official Global Updates list to check for announcements newer than this review. A patch-note date identifies an update announcement, not the current health of every server. For connection problems, use the server status guide.

| Global update | Main changes | Start here if you need to… |
|---|---|---|
| October 13 PDT / October 14 CEST | Wind Breeze shop changes, two class fix groups, Halloween and Abyss events, access and settings fixes | Find moved shop items, budget energy, check a skill fix or enter an event |
| October 6 PDT / October 7 CEST | Founder's Pack item access, Sealed Wings morph limits, leather drops, Kina revival supplies and map/settings fixes | Claim eligible Founder items or check changed material and shop limits |
These are Global announcements. Korean and Taiwanese patch histories can describe different classes, level caps, systems or balance. A newer date in another region does not establish that a change has reached Global.
October 13/14: shop changes during server transfers
The October 13/14 announcement explicitly ties several shop changes to the server transfer period. Do not read that wording as a permanent promise about every future shop cycle.
| Item or allowance | Announced change | What to check in game |
|---|---|---|
| Instant Clear Ticket: Daily Dungeon (Bound) and Soul Crystal (Bound) | Moved from Shop → Wind Breeze Merchants → Special to Substance Morph → Special → Wind Breeze Merchants during transfers | Look under Substance Morph before assuming the item was removed |
| Wind Breeze Odyle Energy (Bound) | The 16-per-server weekly limit was removed; the per-character weekly allowance changed from 4 to 20 | Read the current character's allowance and the offer's cost |
| Lower Abyss Rift Stone (7-day) | Added to Wind Breeze Merchants → Special for two weeks | Confirm the active offer and its remaining availability |
The 20-per-character Odyle allowance belongs to the Wind Breeze shop change. It is not the Halloween Coin Merchant allowance, which has its own currency, level requirement and per-server limit. A number from one shop cannot be substituted into the other.
For transfer eligibility, restrictions and the destination choice, use the separate server transfer guide. These patch notes identify the shop changes rather than replacing the transfer procedure.
October 13/14: class fixes and their limits
| Class | Affected skill | Announced correction |
|---|---|---|
| Spiritmaster | Summon: Ancient Spirit | Summons at level 15 or below had a skill-activation issue |
| Sorcerer | Fire Wall | Bonus damage at differing elevations; your Embers being removed by another player's stronger Embers |
| Sorcerer | Cold Storm | Bonus damage at differing elevations; your Frostbite being removed by another player's stronger Frostbite |
| Sorcerer | Bittercold Wind | Frost Cooldown Reduction failing at differing elevations |
These are specific fixes, not a published all-class balance pass or a new damage ranking. If a Sorcerer spell behaved differently on uneven terrain, the elevation condition explains why this update is relevant. The announcement does not provide a measured DPS gain for a complete rotation.
Keep those limits in mind when comparing a pre-patch video with your current character. The named skills and failure conditions support a targeted check; they do not support assuming every class's damage changed.
October 13/14: events and Abyss access
Halloween's Trick or Treat adds attendance rewards, Event missions, a Pumpkin Coin Merchant and dungeon-fragment Candy Keys. Its published window ends before maintenance on November 3 PST / November 4 CET. Use the Halloween event guide for the full exchange costs, requirements, rewards and removal dates rather than treating the event's whole reward table as a permanent patch system.
Conquerors of the Abyss has the shorter window, ending before October 27 PDT / October 28 CET maintenance. The promotion lists an Abyss Rift Stone (Event) at 50,000 Kina, limited to seven per character per week, for characters level 45 or above. Its shop path is Shop → Wind Breeze Merchants → Special.
Two Season Missions → Abyss → Weekly objectives receive Abyss Entry Stone rewards: Spend 1 Hour in the Abyss and Defeat the Boss Guardian Lord Nahma Once. The maximum accumulated Abyss entry time changes to seven hours. The patch does not provide the quantity of added mission stones in its summary, so check each mission's reward preview before budgeting access.

The Abyss menu displays entry conditions and time information. Check the current client for your available allowance.
The update also adjusts Battlefield standard stats with the stated aim of changing combat duration and announces reduced stuttering in large Abyss battles. It does not publish an exact Battlefield damage multiplier or measured frame-rate improvement here. See the Abyss guide for entry and activity decisions.
October 13/14: settings, graphics and other fixes
The remaining changes matter when diagnosing a specific problem:
- Controls: a Y-axis inversion option is added.
- Nameplates: a show/hide HP-bar option is added under Show My Nameplate.
- Market: listing gathering materials becomes subject to gameplay-history restrictions. The notice does not state a complete numerical threshold.
- Dual-GPU PCs: a graphics-setting configuration issue is addressed.
- 4K displays: crashes at certain refresh rates are addressed.
- FSR: longer loading times associated with the option are addressed.
- Steam Cloud: graphics settings will no longer be saved there.
- Shugo Festival: player positions resetting after reconnecting are addressed.
These are the developer's announced changes. They do not establish that every affected PC or account has been independently retested. If a listed symptom persists, check the relevant setting and current official notices rather than assuming the old workaround is still required.
October 6/7: Founder's Pack and progression supplies
The October 6/7 Global notes introduce a dedicated shop where eligible Founder's Pack purchasers can claim items they do not own for free, according to their pack tier, across characters and servers. The notice says this shop remains available until a closure notice; it does not supply a fixed closing date.
Owned items cannot be purchased again through this offer. The announcement discussed later handling of duplicate items and duplicate entries, so do not treat those planned follow-ups as already delivered by the October 6/7 update. If the Founder purchase flow cannot complete, the notice's instruction is to close the client and try again. The Founder's Pack guide covers the pack itself.
Other progression changes in that update are narrower:
| System | Published change | Practical limit |
|---|---|---|
| Sealed Wings → Enhance Stones | Substance Morph capped at 20 morphs per server per week | Applies to that formula, not every morph recipe |
| Raw Leather | Drop rates increased in Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Verteron and Altgard | No exact percentage or guaranteed count is published |
| Resurrection Spiritstone (Season 1) | Wind Breeze Merchants → Special, 25,000 Kina each | 10 per server per week |
| Map Pins | Incorrect maximum display corrected | Up to 30 map pins |
The same update addresses the Asmodian Daeva of Glorious Deeds weekly Challenge Season Mission, duplicate Movement Controls entries under Key Settings, and some chat Emote commands. It does not announce a general rewrite of weekly missions or movement controls.
Read dates and maintenance notices correctly
The official titles pair a North American date with a European date: October 13 PDT / October 14 CEST and October 6 PDT / October 7 CEST. Those pairs refer to regional timing for the respective updates. Event closing dates later use PST/CET because the published schedules cross daylight-saving changes. Keep the labels attached rather than converting every entry with one fixed offset.
The October 6/7 maintenance notice was subsequently marked Completed, with an update posted on October 7 at 4:00 PDT / 13:00 CEST saying servers were back online. That records the conclusion of that maintenance; it is not evidence of server availability on October 20 or any later day.
Use this index to identify the relevant change, then open its official announcement when a purchase, reward deadline or troubleshooting step depends on the exact current wording. Planned improvements, published fixes and personally observed results are different kinds of information.
